Holly brings strong leadership and deep lacrosse experience, having played as a four-year midfielder and team captain at UMass–Amherst, where she helped lead the team to the 2009 Atlantic-10 Championship. She went on to coach at Saint Anselm College, Bridgewater State, and most recently the University of Puget Sound, earning honors such as Northeast-10 Coach of the Year and guiding teams to national rankings and postseason appearances.
