If you’ve been here for a long time, you probably remember my fitness journey… competing, training, and pushing my body to its limits.

But life took me down a very different path.

I went through breast cancer 💗
I’ve had a hip replacement
And I had to completely relearn how to take care of my body in a new way

That’s what led me here 👇
