For most of her life, she tried what the fitness industry told her would help: aerobics, yoga, Pilates, and bootcamps. She stayed active, but the pain and underlying problems never went away.
At 61, she was dealing with left hip and knee pain that reached 7/10, along with severe migraines every few weeks. After transitioning from an active career to a desk job, her posture, shoulder tightness, and headaches only got worse.
As her posture and movement improved, her migraines disappeared. Her hip pain dropped from 7/10 to 0-1/10, her knee pain dropped to 1-2/10, and she became stronger and more stable throughout her entire body.
She even noticed that the rib that used to stick out and bother her whenever she bent over gradually stopped getting in the way as her body changed.
