Directions to Lock 4. Take Gallatin road and take a right / or left onto Lock 4 road. It's the road between 109 and Wendy's. It runs parallel to 109. Take Lock 4 road all the way until you get to the lake, you'll cross a speed bump and continue for another minute straight ahead... you're there.

We have been able to eliminate the $10.00 parking fee. So invite your friends and family to come and cheer you on!

Not sure how long the entire event will take, it's all based on times. Right now it looks like we will have (2) flights of competitors. And yes, all (4) Evolutions are listed below.

You can modify. That takes you out of the medal hunt. We will have 26lb kbs. We will not have 5lb plates so it will be the 45lb bar only.
