Our 9 week osteo bootcamp program is starting January 6!

All classes are led by physical therapists or physical therapy assistants and can accommodate all skill levels!

Classes are available at 8am and 330pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays with a max of 9 people per class! Each class will be between 45-60 min long!

Cost is 675$ and includes unlimited classes, free tshirt, biweekly classes discussing nutrition, sleep, and more!
