A couple hours after qualifying for the next round at CIF is in the gym working. On to the next one.

A great end to this months league! Greg took 1st place in the Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, Spyglass, and St. Andrew’s tournament.
He also took home a prize for the Longest Drive Challenge with a 331 yrd drive.
Matt took home 1st place for the Closest to the Pin Challenge at 3’ 3”.

Congrats to the Mira Costa Girls Cross Country team placing 2nd at CIF Prelims this weekend.

We have been working hard with them this year to reduce injuries, increase flexibility, mobility, and strength in the gym.

Big shout out to ! We had our last session and he’s heading off to Jersey to start is college career at Drew University.

He put in his time at the gym for a couple years with me, he works so hard on and off the golf course, and also works with my good friend on his mental game.

Happy 2nd Anniversary to my wife . It’s been a crazy 2+ years with all the ups and downs. There is nobody else I’d rather buy a home with, travel with, and watch TV shows in bed we have already seen 25x. I love you!
