It’s control.

Not to mention my shoes slipped off halfway through!

If you can’t control your legs under pressure, you’re not strong yet!
I told her “the hardest part of the practice is the end.”
You can warm up and activate your body, but quieting your mind enough to fully engage,that’s the real challenge.
