Losing fat and or gaining muscle is so easy . IF , you learn how and why your body changes. Doing classses (crossfit )and boot camps can get you in shape if you stick with them long enough. Getting in shape and changing your shape fast are different goals.. Don't waste years getting the body you've always wanted. Call me and I'll explain.
