📣 TRYOUTS WEEK REMINDER + UPDATED TIMES! ⚽️

Our PM skills session time for next week has changed. There was a miscommunication with the Cheever field schedule.

🌅 Morning Conditioning: 9:00–10:30AM at Cheever (Same as before)
🌙 UPDATED Evening Skills: 7:00–9:00PM at Cheever (was previously 5-7pm)

Please spread the word about the updated evening time! Sorry again for the confusion, and thank you for being flexible!

Please bring the following to BOTH sessions:
👟 Running shoes
⚽️ Cleats & shin guards
⚽️ Properly inflated size 5 soccer ball
💧 Plenty of water/electrolyte beverage
🧤 Goalie gloves, if applicable

Need a soccer ball or interested in playing goalie and need gloves? Let Coach Britt know and she can get you some!

🍎🥜🥛Coach Britt also highly recommend bringing a snack with both carbs + protein to have after practices to help with proper nutrition. You should get these in your body within 1 hour at most after your workouts/practices for the best recovery to reduce injury risk and improve physical fitness!

⚽️ A huge shoutout to the HCSC Boys & Girls Soccer teams for putting on an absolutely incredible camp for our young athletes! The footwork, teamwork, and passion for the game were on full display.

We are so grateful to the High School Coaches and Players for taking time out of their summer to mentor and inspire the next generation of Bluejackets. The kids learned so much and had a blast doing it!

Special thanks to the Fossell and Skaja Families for their generous donations—we truly appreciate it!
