For this corner of the family room we styled our client’s incredible collection of original sketches from her great uncles around a statement brass mirror.
It brings so much soul and history into the space where they spend the most time together.
My favorite moment is the art we hung under the stairs for a little peek-a-boo moment.

Think since we made a fun and cheerful space for the littles they’ll remember to wash behind their ears and to brush their teeth?
I think we need to hear it louder and again for the people out back….what again am I doing wrong?
When you’re the lead designer and assistant designer all wrapped in to one.
You wheel the scaffolding over, jump up, video the differences in sizes so you can go back and see what you like, then ask your “assistant” what they think. 😉😜
Lead designer said, Stick with the original and go smaller so that’s what we did.
My sweet Mother passed last week.
Gratitude…the word that has filled me these past days. Grateful for a Mother who gave me some of my best characteristics. She taught me to be independent, to work hard, but most importantly how to be the best Mom to my boys.
Grateful that when the roles needed to switch and I needed to take care of her instead of her taking care of me, I could do that. Grateful that even with her diagnosis she still remembered my name and everyone in her world.
I love you Mother. I’m excited for you to watch this next chapter. I’m going to make you proud.

And with that the 2025 season comes to an end…
To reflect back on this year there’s been a lot of growth and opportunity paired with a lot of difficult moments. For every hard moment though has been trumped by clients who are so gracious and kind.
So to my clients, thank you for believing in me.
I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for TDD. Follow along because I can promise it’s going to be GREAT 😉
