I hate my players watching hitting videos on youtube because theres to many so called batting gurus, but theres always the exception. My players are to now only watch your videos 10x in a row before watching a second. Fantastic program coach. Well done.

Ohio Hit Club tryouts will be held on July 29, 2017 at North Rec 901 Duffy Street Elyria.
12u and under registration starts at 9am and work outs will be from 10-noon
13u and older registration starts at noon and work outs will be from 1-3pm

Rachel Polacek, Lee University, Tennessee demonstrates with a Nemo speed training bat drills to increase your bat speed. If you want to increase Betsi, you must move the muscle in the direction of speed. Research has proven for every two mild increase in bat speed you have the ability to hit the ball 20 feet further in softball and 30 feet further in Baseball.
