There's always an excuse to not go to the gym. That Monday blues will be there every Monday. Just do it anyway. If you can get yourself to the gym, our expert coaches will show you what to do, how to do it, and why it's important. So you don't have to think about your workout. Just do it.

5 years ago today we opened our doors. This is a throwback to the first day I was able to get into our first small space. It's been an absolute wild ride (especially the last year), but I wouldn't trade one day of it for anything. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this experience, or given your support. It takes more than a village, but a community to make a gym successful, and I'm so thankful for everyone at Alacrity 🙏🙏🙏
