If there was only a test to determine if tactical athletes were going to get injured at some point in their career. Oh wait! There is! Athletes, trust me, learn the FMS.

Home A Powerfull Paradigm Shift in Fitness and Athlete Development. FMS is a Ranking and Grading System that Documents Movement Patterns.


SwatCentric Workshop to develop SWAT Workhorses. Success again in 2011
1) Adapting to the individual needs of each operator.
2) Define the program’s goals – Primary: Safety, career longevity, health & wellness, team accountability
3) Movements should be specific to the position of each operator. "Transferability Principle."
4) Verify the exercises & intensities which appropriate for each individual
Ensure that each Rx is valid and reliable – Train what it’s supposed to train.


TSAC II: Corrective exercise, injury prevention and developing functional SWAT strength & safety. This is going to be fun.


Prepping for another TSAC workshop in September with a local tactical team. Swinging for the fences on this one.
