August was pretty hectic… between teaching 6 classes ( 7 every other week), motherhood, grad school, and everything that comes with every single facet of my life, there were moments when I genuinely didn’t think I was going to survive.

But I did.

And if August taught me anything, it’s that I don’t want to live my life just “surviving.” I want to actually enjoy everything I’ve worked so hard to have, even if that means stepping back a little sometimes.

I’m not a robot, and I don’t have to be. I love my life. I love my children. And I love myself enough to slow down, be present, and truly soak in every role I get to have. ❤️

I don’t want to just get through my life. I want to be there for it.
