I’ve had a compressed L5 vertebrae since high school. Never deadlifted until my mid 20’s...Over a year ago I started my “journey to a 500lbs” deadlift. I was at 485lbs the day the gym was shut down a year ago. A lot has happened since then. Failures, successes, lessons learned. Today in the month I turned 37 I finally did it weighing in @ 187lbs. And if Kayden doesn’t believe I did I have receipts! Excited for the next challenge.
