More Team Velo Zwift Rides are happening...Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm! Join us tonight!

Here is our current list of weekly Zwift rides:
Monday - 5:45am Group Workout
Tuesday - 6pm Group Ride
Wednesday - 5:45M Group Workout
Thursday - 6pm Group Ride

To join these rides all you need is a smart trainer and a Zwift account https://www.zwift.com. Join the 'Team Velo City Cycles' Club on zwift and you'll see where you can sign up for the rides. All groups stick together, no matter your speed, just keep your legs spinning!

Create a Zwift account, add Team Velo City Cycles as your club team and you should be able to see the workouts and rides that are scheduled. In order to use Zwift, a smart-trainer is prefered but any trainer will work with a blue tooth speed sensor. Holler if you have any questions!

Barry-Roubaix registration opens in just over an hour! Who's in and what distance?

Barry-Roubaix Barry-Roubaix is a classic-style road/off-road cycling race featuring a variety of terrain and surfaces to test cyclists of all skill levels. Named to the Global Cycling Network's Top Five Gravel Events, the event is known as the World's Largest Gravel Road Race.

The Team Velo tent is up and ready to rock. We are on the corner of S Broadway Ave and W Green Street, just after the start/finish line. Great spot, more space, by other fun teams/clubs and also some hidden bathrooms (shhhhhhh). Come hang with us!

It's Barry-Roubaix week! We are pumped to see you all in Hastings on Saturday. There are 50+ Team Velo cyclists racing at Barry this weekend! WOW! Pop in the shop at Team Night at Velo on Tuesday 6-8pm (or any time this week) and make sure you have all your nutrition, clothing, etc.

The Team Velo tent will be set up on the start line, an email will be send out Friday night with the exact location of the tent (near S Church Street and W Center Street). Please use this tent as a home base! And tell your family and friends that they can use this tent as a home base as well.

Would love to snag a quick team photo by the tent at 9:30, if that works. But we totally understand that this may not work for your race prep. 🙂
