Sofia Fisher got it done this weekend, earning her first All-American honors of her career after running a new PR of 24.25!

An incredible sophomore season for Sof, who’s 200 time dropped by over 1 full second (25.40 last season). We’re proud of you, Sofia!

First National Meet, First All-American honor!

Kairo capped off his trip to NCAAs with a fourth place finish in the 400 Hurdles, running 52.10 in the finals.

Three weeks ago, Kairo’s personal best was 52.90. Since then, he’s run four races 52.10 or faster, highlighted by his school record run of 51.52. An incredible run, Kairo!

The Freshman Phenom!

Jaidyn capped off her incredible freshman year with All-American honors in the heptathlon in her first national meet.

She placed fifth overall with 5,033 points, breaking both the Hope school record and the MIAA conference record. Congrats, Jaidyn!

That All-American glow 🤩🤩

Molly Durow caps off her incredible career with another All-American performance, this time in the steeplechase!

Molly placed 7th overall and finishes her career as a 10:29.56 steepler. Way to go, Molly!!

Our men’s 4x100m relay team of Luke Bellino (FR), Dylan Terpstra (JR), Maurice Streeter (FR), and Nolan Sanders (SR) broke the school record at the Augustana Twilight Final Qualifier with a nationals-qualifying time of 40.70!
