what you need:
egg whites
spinach
cheese (I used mozzarella)
sun-dried tomatoes
crushed red pepper
xtreme wellness wrap
recipe:
cook 140g of egg whites with 50g spinach
add in seasoning, crushed red pepper
add cheese to wrap
add sun-dried tomatoes
add egg and spinach mixture to wrap
air fry for 5 min @ 400 degrees
