This year’s journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been real. Through every high and low, your presence, persistence, and pride in wearing “Bulldogs” across your chest has meant something. Thank you for sticking it out, showing up, and seeing it through.

We’re proud of your growth, and we’re rooting for your next chapter.

At 5:45pm tonight we honor the seniors of our program — Melanie, Neveah, Bianca and our rock‑star manager Lillie. These women accepted the challenge this year and never gave up!

Melanie Gutierrez — The ultimate utility player. Melanie has impacted every phase of the game — from playmaking to gritty rebounding — and showing up everywhere the team needs her. Her leadership in transition and on the boards has been a difference maker.

Neveah Jean Jacques — Developed into one of our most disruptive defensive players this season, Neveah’s defense and instincts have helped elevate our program. Her 4.0 steals per game and fearless rebounding prove she’s a necessary piece of this team.

Bianca Torres — Our floor general. Bianca’s growth as a facilitator and decision‑maker has been huge — with career‑high assist games and double‑digit boards along the way. She’s made everyone around her better.

🎓 Lillie (Manager) — Calm under pressure, organized with purpose, and the heartbeat behind the scenes. Lillie takes care of the coaches and the team, making sure everything runs with excellence. We are truly better because of her.

Thank you for the blood, sweat, and work you’ve poured into this program. Tonight’s about you.

Join us tonight at 5:45PM in the Dawg Pound as we celebrate the heart and hustle of our 2026 seniors—Bianca, Melanie, Nevaeh, and our incredible team manager Lillie!

These young women have poured everything into this program—on the court and behind the scenes. From game-winners to grit, film to first aid, they’ve led with pride, resilience, and Bulldog toughness.

Let’s pack the stands and show them just how much they mean to South Broward! One more time in the Dawg Pound.

We honored 21 years of impact by Coach Sharlene Ferguson… mentor, leader, and former Head Coach for South Broward Girls Basketball.

We also paid tribute to coaching legends Abby Ward and Richard Walker, whose dedication helped shape generations of Lady Bulldogs.

ALUMNI!!! You showed up on alumni night! Thank you to our alumni and supporters who showed up and showed out for an unforgettable night of legacy and love.
