This month’s sunrise session was extra special because this time my family decided to surprise me and join us 🥹😭

Sharing this practice with everyone, from my cousins and Tati’s to strangers I’ve never met, makes my heart so full. Many of the people who come to my events are experiencing sound healing for the first time and I feel so honored to be able to be their introduction to different meditation modalities.
