For 2021 the plan is to use a PA-18 Super Cub for float and tail-wheel instruction. Over the years we have used a PA-11 90 horse, a C-172N 160 horse on PK-2300 floats and a C-180J P-Ponk on EDO 2960s. During the winter months we keep the cabin in operation for folks interested in the cross country ski trails which start about100 yards away from our house. I can also conduct seaplane training in your plane, provide flight review services and private / commercial pilot lessons.

Our Story
This year we be doing advanced Seaplane Ratings, Flight Reviews, fly-fishing guiding , intro Seaplane lessons, Flight-seeing flights and remote photo shoots in our new C-180J (The Warrior Queen) with a 520 cu inch P-Ponked engine, VGs and Sportmans STOL wing. (yes I actually carry insurance, one of only two that I know of here in Alaska who are doing seaplane ratings) We started our business nearly 20 years ago with a 150 horse C-150 ( Little Sweetie) and a 90 Horse PA-11 Cub Special ( the Dragon Lady ) on floats. For the last few years we used a C-172N on floats with Horton Wings and Power Flow mods, ( The Massbach Girl)
