The sweat. The burn. The EDM blasting at full volume to keep us questioning both our life choices AND our music preferences. 😂🎶🔊The “WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?!” moments. And somehow, we’ll miss every second of it.

Julie, thank you for pushing us, challenging us, making us stronger, and always bringing the energy. We’re so grateful for every workout, every laugh, and every “just one more” that was definitely NOT just one more. 😅

👟 Meet the Runner: Arrah Fisher 👟

Honesdale nonprofit director, wife, mom of two, and now officially a marathon runner, Arrah Fisher is ready to take on New York City! 🏃‍♀️

After running her first marathon in 2025 to celebrate turning 40, Arrah swore she’d never do it again. But the opportunity to run for a cause close to her heart changed her mind. This November, she’ll take on her second marathon and first TCS New York City Marathon with Team Allied Services.

Arrah has seen firsthand the difference access to care and support can make in our communities. Every mile helps Allied Services continue providing life-changing care and programs to individuals of all ages and abilities across Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania. 💜

With her black Hokas, plenty of snacks, and some stubborn determination, Arrah is ready for 26.2 miles - all in support of helping others move toward fuller, more independent lives.
