We’re hosting a relaxing Walk & Talk at the scenic Kaka’ako Waterfront Park this Saturday, September 27 from 7:30–8:45 amHere’s what’s in store:* Supportive community: Meet fellow pre‑ and post‑bariatric friends and share your stories.* Expert guidance: Bariatric physician assistant Kerri Anzai (Kaiser Permanente) will walk alongside us, offering encouragement and answering questions* Free & fun: This event is completely free, and we’ll wrap up with pumpkin‑protein refreshments to enjoy after the walk* Beautiful setting: Enjoy gentle exercise with ocean views at one of Honolulu’s most beautiful spots.RSVP: Spaces are limited—send me a DM with the word “WALK” to reserve your spot.
