All jokes aside this is a small example of how I wouldn’t make an excuse to not workout. There has been times when I felt like it was to late to workout and did not go.
Same applies when meal prepping food, learning new skills, finishing errands and doing things that will improve you over all.
Keep working hard and do not make excuses anymore. 😁

If you are someone who believes you lost the ability to get back into shape, I want to let you know you are wrong 😤.
Here are 3 things I learned after I gained a lot of body fat.
1) I lost my Goal ( no sense of direction)
2) I worried so much about the past and future, instead of being present
3) I had no guidance, ex: workout program, nutrition and accountability.

I easily get burnt out from socializing, so I tend to take long breaks and go silent lol.

1) Hiring a Coach can be very beneficial, especially if you do not know where to start. This can apply with fitness, photography, business, marketing, and etc.
2) Having a positive outlook in the coaching and program is essential. Remember that with most beginners you are on the ground floor; for most who are starting. So the only way is up and things will get better over time.
3) Do not feel like you have to absorb all the information at once. Ask questions and just do what you can. Do not overwhelm yourself with trying to accomplish every single level at once.
4)As with the material, whatever you do know do not worry. Start focusing on new topics and slowly gain more knowledge. This will propel you forward and make life easier.

Been a while since I’ve posted anything! 😅
I saw this photo of my mom and it made me realize that when you set an example of yourself to be healthy and fit, it also changes the people around you!
It’s funny now bc most of the time when I call my mom she’s always telling me she’s at the gym so I call her later lol.
Anyways I’ll be back soon more often and I hope this small thought makes you wanna be healthier and fit!
