Tantalus TT - THE CREW - behind the scenes!!! These are the folks pre-race, getting the permits, doing the registration, cleaning the course, packing the gear, setting up the tents, prepping the awards area, prepping the refreshments and finish line; during the race, keeping everything safe, timing & the start line moving; and after the race, tearing down the tents, cleaning the grounds, packing the gear, unpacking the gear, cleaning and finally storing it all away until next time.

SUNDAY SPIN - Finally a sorta-dry ride!!! Aside of getting trapped temporarily at Kapiolani Park as the thousands of Hapalua Half Marathon runners streamed by, it was a solid group on the driest weekend morning in weeks!!! As for me, still not on the road, but doing the PT + Gym Work + Indoor Trainer riding to get there, soon!!! Great to hang w/my tribe over coffee at our favorite hangout !!! The staff treats us so nice, every (almost) Sunday morning, mahalo!!! Big thank you to for leading the ride today!!! ._.15
