Not a bad view for a study break...so happy this beach is empty and quiet.

Another day...another hike...making use of this never ending quarantine!

I’ll never forget!
I woke up to my college friends 3yr old son calling me...he could barely speak words yet...so grandma grabbed the phone and told me to turn on the news...her daughter and SIL worked in the twin towers. It took weeks for me to find out they were alive!
Everyone lost someone that day...everyone lost a part of themselves that day.
It took an ARMY of the broken to get me to visit the memorial and ground zero. That was the single most healing moment of my life. I’ll never live in fear again or take life for granted. Thanks for all those that turned 9/11 into a legacy of HOPE and HEROISM.

Another quarantine... BRING IT ON....let’s make this the final one Oahu. I need some sun and ocean in my life.

During this unusual time of constant quarantine and social distancing its so nice to have technology that keep us all together even though we are oceans and countries apart!

Masks are required while on land at all times. No exceptions. Masks are not required while actively paddling in a canoe... it is recommended for your your comfort and safety.

Why is it so difficult for us all to social distance and wear a mask? It’s not forever... can we try to figure this out so everyone can get a little closer back to normal functioning lives.
