High Intensity Athletics is forming a competitive Open / World’s level Allstar Cheerleading team to represent Hawaii on the world stage, and our doors are wide open.

Whether you’re an active college cheerleader, a seasoned allstar veteran ready for another run, a former gymnast looking to transition to the mat, or an adult athlete who still has a deep love for the sport—you have a place here. We welcome athletes from all programs, backgrounds, and cheer paths who share a passion for high-level stunting, elite tumbling, hard work, and genuine team camaraderie.

Age Requirement: 18+ (Born on or before May 31, 2009)

Target: Looking for 4 Bases to complete the squad.

Target: Looking for 4 Bases to power our elite sections.

Open Worlds Team 🌎
Target: Looking for dedicated 18 and over athletes to round out the roster for the grandest stage of all!

This Spin Tech class is for athletes who are wanting to learn to spin or perfect their running full or double fulls, as well as standing fulls.

THURSDAYS AT 7:00pm
