These times have elicited a lot of emotion, provoked many reactions. Many of us found ourselves "eating our emotions" hiding behind the justification of "quarantine snacks". A phrase now as popular and relatable as the "freshman 15."
Others of us have taken this time to reflect, prioritize, and either reconfirm or realize the importance of HEALTH. Today's Gym Tip:
Make use of the space you have, and get creative! You may not always have someone to hold your feet while executing a full sit up. I like to wedge my feet under the leg press seat. Problem solved!

Aloha friends and family,
