What an unforgettable day with Hoover Therapeutic Recreation! 🌊🐠🥤

Our group had an amazing time exploring the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola! From seeing incredible marine life up close to experiencing the history, flavors, and fun of Coca-Cola, the day was filled with smiles, laughter, learning, and lasting memories.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this trip possible and to our participants for bringing the energy and joy all day long. We can’t wait for the next adventure! ❤️🩵

Thank you, NCHPAD, UAB, and all partners for helping create meaningful and inclusive sport experiences for our participants! It was a joy to see everyone engaged, encouraged, and having fun through adapted futsal and sitting volleyball. Grateful to be part of collaborations that continue expanding access and opportunities in our community. 💙

14 days into April, and it’s already been jam-packed with fun! From a trip to Oak Mountain State Park 🌲, Zumba 💃, and leisure walks around Aldridge Gardens 🌸 to art with Lisa, learning about magnetic energy with the science lady ⚡, and adapted sports with Alex. We’ve been on the move!

Oh, and did I mention we even squeezed in some softball? 🥎

We can’t wait to see what the rest of this month has in store! ✨

We’re excited to shine a spotlight on Alai’jai for her positive attitude and strong defense during basketball! Alai’jai has shown great teamwork throughout the games and consistently gives her best effort on the court. She also ensures that everyone around her is safe.

Snow in the middle of March!! How COOL is that?! ❄️🌨️🥶

March is already off to an amazing start! 🎉 The first two weeks have been full of fun and celebration. From striking up some fun at bowling 🎳, giving back through community service with Full Circle 🤝, to finishing our final basketball game of the season with a win against Unless U! 🏀🔥

We also took time to celebrate two very special birthdays. Happy Birthday Alaijai and Molly! 🎂🥳
