BUDA hosts two Co-ed Ultimate Frisbee leagues in Birmingham, AL. There is a summer league that runs from May until August and a winter league that runs from October until January.
Mixed signups through 4/27. Link is here for Mixed Summer League 2026. Men are wait listed at this time and will be rolled to the Men's League if space does not open. Ladies spots are still available!
