Mythos Tack Collection

A few more of our Mythos Signature Dressage Saddles have arrived and are ready for their new owners, and I couldn’t be more proud of what the Mythos Tack Collection has become.

Today, we are able to offer both an elite dressage saddle for the serious rider and, in collaboration with a master saddle maker, a handcrafted Western saddle that honors the very same principles. While the disciplines may appear different, our priorities remain unchanged: rider balance, horse comfort, correct alignment, and equipment that supports rather than interferes with good horsemanship.

Whether you choose the Mythos Signature Dressage Saddle or the Mythos Western Saddle, each design is built with the belief that the saddle should help place the rider in a balanced, effective position while providing comfort and freedom of movement for the horse. Because regardless of the discipline, good riding begins with good biomechanics, and good equipment should always serve the partnership—not replace it.

In 2020, while the world was holding its breath… I opened a door.

In the middle of the pandemic — a time of uncertainty, pause, and global crisis — I found something unexpected:

An opportunity to finally bring a dream to life that had been forming in my heart for over a decade.

That dream became an extension of the Mythos brand:

This collection was never about creating “just another product.”

It was about building something that didn’t yet exist — tack that truly reflects the priorities of classical horsemanship:

• the emotional well-being of the nervous system
• the balance and alignment of the rider

The Mythos Tack Collection includes my signature saddle, the OptiPosture Assessment™ — a trademarked and unique approach to evaluating posture, balance, and customized saddle fitting — along with carefully designed training tools and lunge lines that support the way we work with horses: classically, compassionately, and correctly.

This line took over 10 years of testing, refinement, and collaboration with some of the best people in the industry.

It was born during a world crisis…

But it speaks to something timeless:

The horse deserves comfort. The rider deserves harmony. And the partnership deserves the highest standard.

And now — I’m thrilled to share — that in this new season, we are entering a major new chapter.

Today, we went back to the drawing board at the factory, making exciting upgrades and improvements across the line…
