Kitchen table school making everybody’s backs out of whack? can help with that! (Hint: you can do these in bed when you get up, or take a nap, or that second nap).
Hug your knees to your chest (we love our knees!), drop both knees to one side and extend your arms out. Slowly move your knees over to the opposite side!

We are all trying to figure this out so it’s nice to find a little in our days. 🐯 is a big cat stretch that warms up your back muscles and uses your core to find stability. Start in Table Pose, bring your knee to your nose, then extend your leg back out behind you and bring your foot and your gaze to the sky.
Yes, I have a gigantic stuffed tiger in my house. 😂

It’s Monday! Time to get the week started! Downward facing dog 🐕 is one of everyone’s favorite poses. Since your head is below your heart, this pose brings blood flow to your brain. 🧠 This helps to energize you! Try peddling your feet or lifting one leg at a time in downward facing dog. This adds even more benefits and makes it extra fun! 🧘♂️

Had a wonderful morning teaching the littles of ! If you haven’t already checked them out, you really should! It’s an awesome, new little school between Sienna Plantation and Sugar Land. Low teacher to student ratio, super inclusive, it’s clean and bright and the directors and teachers are tops! Plus they have yoga!
