This is an awesome way to stretch.! Bridges are an excellent way to build core muscles. You are just building them in the opposite direction which makes it even more intense. Give it a try. I like to do it on my chair first.

Really been trying to work more on my reformer lately. I’m usually helping my clients at the Cadillac with their limited mobility. Also making mostly Pilates mat videos from a YouTube. Stretching every day can be very helpful. I can eliminate pain discomfort tightness try some of these over and over you must do them over and over from one to the other and back again in order to get the full benefits push yourself deeper each time and really try your best
