A dedicated yoga, meditation & reiki healing teacher, with nearly a decade of experience teaching in Los Angeles 🌞

Chasity’s journey began at 12 when yoga was integrated into her training as a professional ballet dancer 🩰

As a certified teacher of yoga, mindfulness meditation, a somatic sound bath facilitator & Level III Reiki Master, Chasity weaves together the physical, energetic & spirital layers of wellbeing.

Her work is rooted in the belief that alignment in the body creates clarity in the heart and mind. Opening the doorway to expansion, presence & inner freedom. From this space, a deeper union with one’s self and others naturally emerges, both on and beyond the mat.

My love for yoga is soooo big. It has become a way of living life. It has offered me a way to always return to myself again and again, to explore beneath the surface and to feel fully and be so alive!!

All want is to share this practice, to create a space where students feel safe to explore what’s underneath it all. To realize their fullness and tap into their own magic and spark.

I teach an expressive, organic, tidal-wave-on-the-mat kind of flow with the intention of creating a vessel for connection: to ourselves, to each other, and to everything around us.

A space to remember that even when life feels messy and hard (bc it is), it still carries so much ✨magic✨ if you’re willing to notice it.

I value crafting a unified experience of color and truth through asana and breath + music + authenticity + challenge + warmth + heart + presence + play 🤸‍♀️🪐🧚‍♂️🌟💓

Ending with Yoga Nidra, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to integrate the deeper work.
