Hey everyone! It was a crazy busy summer for me with my newborn and a full booked schedule. Thanks to everyone who signed up and trusted me to teach their kiddos how to swim over the summer. I ended up teaching over 50 kiddos how to swim!!

Two of my new swimmers Catherine and Henry had their first lesson with me and had an absolute blast! For my first lessons I like to play games in the hot tub and learn some basic skills. I find that my swimmers learn to trust me and gain confidence when we move to the big pool! Having fun is the most important part of my program 😁

I absolutely love getting these messages from my swimmers parents. There’s no more gratifying feeling than when my swimmers use their skills to enjoy themselves around water. Way to go Antonio!!!

Swim season is now! My student, Joseph, is working on his floating technique in the photo. Floating is the most important skill to learn when starting to swim. This skill is my first objective for all my new students for pool safety.

When we first started swimming, Joseph, was very nervous about floating and got really upset when we would try working on it. We worked through it and by the third lesson he became so comfortable floating he was telling stories to his dad about how much fun he had doing “airplane arms” in the pool with Mr. Gage! Joseph’s parents send me videos of him swimming on his own time and I am so proud of how confident he’s become in the water.
