What are flow drills? 🤔
Nope, not that kind of hockey “flow.” 💇‍♂️
Flow drills create on-ice energy with an emphasis on:
⚡ Skating speed
🎯 Tape-to-tape passing
⏱️ Timing
🗣️ Communication between players

Most team practices don’t get to run true flow drills because it takes full ice to do them right. That’s why we’re opening up the sheet and letting players experience the speed, rhythm, and creativity of flow hockey. 🏒🔥
