This past week was EGGtra special. I had an Easter egg hunt where my campers had to find the eggs because inside them were EGGcercises with rep counts. So much fun. I hope all my PEEPS are having a wonderful Easter. See you this week for more strength and endurance.

Another CG social in the books! It is so much fun to get together with my community outside of camp. Every couple of months we make it a point to get out and have some fun. Amy was kind to open up her beautiful home. When I say my people are COMPETITIVE……😳. We played Win Lose or Draw. I got yelled at!😂

We have had some celebrations this week. Macey officially turned elite which means she earned 500 check ins. Maria celebrated a birthday on Wednesday. Let’s give it up for both of these ladies.

CG STRONG —ALL WEEEKEND LONG!

We ended our week fabulously. I love the flexibility CG offers with both outdoor and online.

Tires got pushed, we tried out double unders with jump ropes and challenged ourselves physically with heavier weights or TUT. ❤️🏋️💪

The last several weeks we have had several people join our community but also continue to stay consistent.

We had a fun time last week gearing up for Christmas. We dressed up and played Chutes and Ladders Christmas Edition.

The best part was getting surprised before camp. I received the most beautiful flowers and a card with gift cards from my outdoor campers. I am truly blessed to have all of you in my life. We have a lot of fun yet work hard during those hours.

Today is the birthday of two special people. They are not only clients but have become dear friends. I met Michael online through CG in June 2020. He sticks with me because I am the only one who can put up with him. 😂. Everyone else mutes him.

I met Karen in 2021 (i think) ❤️ She joined my camp one evening and eventually stuck with me. We have created a wonderful friendship that I cherish. She is our London Lassie as Michael calls her.
