The past year & change has been a kick in the pants for a lot of us. The pandemic has generated a lot of pain, fear and isolation and I just wanna to hop on here to remind you that you’re not alone. I decided today that I’m taking fear by the hand and saying here we go!!! It’s time to move forward and you’re still here so it looks like you’re comin’ with me!

I believe that some of the most important things we do in life are done with fear and trembling, but when we have the right people to encourage and support us - WE CAN make it through the tough times and scary situations. Just remember that we’re better together.

We prayed. We slayed.

People from every age group, gender, ethnicity, and fitness level, all finding freedom under the same roof. At the end of class we asked how people felt and we heard sweaty, happy, joyful, free, peaceful, rejuvenated, alive, accepted, thankful, good and loved. WOW!!! Yes and amen!
