March 27-28 we will be holding tryouts for summer track at Clear Brook High school at 11am Saturday. Ages 7-18 years. If your looking to get your kids into a fun activity bring them to our tryouts! -18

First practice of the season is Monday December 9th. Practice starts at 630pm at Athletic Body Mechanics. If you’re interested just show up to the facility for the first practice. Don’t have to worry about anything else!
