I bought this incredible to make it more convenient to get my water in daily as I work. It's a great color, the sleeve makes it easy to carry, has two pockets and it's pretty (don't worry guys, they have other colors and sleeve designs 😉). They also sell a collapsible straw that you can keep inside the jug and close the lid on. Stay hydrated friends!

It's what's for lunch! Salmon in Dijon sauce, lemony zucchini and roasted potatoes. I also threw in a salad because I had to share my zucchini with my oldest son so I didn't get much 😒.

The beneficial bacteria which are found in fermented foods such as yogurt actually have a direct effect on your brain chemistry and transmit positive mood and behavior regulating signals to your brain via the vagus nerve.
