After 7 months, Zac Poirrier has lost over 50lbs and 10 inches off his waist! He started with my 90 day program back in January, then moved to a more customized workout program. Following my basic nutritional guide lines and my customized workouts, he's almost in the best shape of his life, in only 7 months!
I'm extremely proud of him. I've known him for over 15 years and I'm so happy to a part of his fitness journey. We're not done yet!

Very proud of a year ago she told me everything she couldn't do, and I told her to shut up. Now she's lost over 60lb! There's no quick fix to anything in life. Usually a bad situation is the result of a chain of bad choices and it takes the same amount time/work to get back on track. I'm glad you stuck it out and trusted me to get you healthy, and can now do all the things you said you couldn't a year ago. 🥂 to another year and another crazy transformation.

I'm now offering 4 week programs in: Barbell, Dumbbell, Bodyweight, Kettle-bell and Heavy-Bag drills. Every workout is 45 mins or less!
They'll all be written out programs ranging from beginners, intermediates to advanced, depending on your level.

It might look easy, but doing it correctly, is extremely challenging. Don't let your hips dip, keep your hamstrings, glutes and abs engaged the whole time. Don't use momentum. It's very easy to fall into a swinging rhythm. Keep it slow and controlled.

Here's a Wednesday plyo circuit for y'all to try:
•Double jumps, 10 reps.
•10 sec of short waves.
•10 back lunges/short waves.
•10 sec tsunami waves.
•Rotational Med-ball slams, 8 each side.
• 20 sec kettle-bell swings.
•10 front squats, with kettle-bells.
•10 outward shoulder press.
•Mace walks.
4 rounds through everything.
It might look like a lot, but it's under 40 mins. Sorry, I wasn't able to put the kettle-bell workouts in here.

You can always modify or replace an exercise due to injury or not having the equipment. The Main thing is to stay active and not to lose sight of your fitness goals. Don't ever look at an exercise and say, "I can't do that." Instead ask yourself, "how can I modify that for myself?"

this week's workout is resistance bands. so everyone who bought that Amazon special, this one's for you.
I only showed 3 for legs and 3 for upper body, but that doesn't mean you can't add an exercise or 2.
lmk how it goes for you!
next week's video will be all bodyweight exercises, so no one
has an excuse.👀 this is a beautiful week, for runs and outdoor exercises. so go do the dumbbell workout, the core workout or if you have resistance bands, try that out. take advantage of the sun. while you can.
