woke up feeling terrible 😣 here are some of the things I do to help start feeling better much faster—
+ epsom salt bath
+ hair mask
+ reading during the versus watching tv all day
+ throat coat tea with honey + lemon
+ drinking bone broth
+ blue Gatorade
+ vitamin C pills
+ Oregano oil
I always feel sooo lonely when I’m sick because I’m an extravert 🤪. Reminding myself that rest is exactly what my body needs to get back to doing the things I love!!

As one week closes the other one begins, this is the perfect day to relax and do things that help wind yourself down before the work week begins!
I personally love to journal. I also love reading! Currently, I am reading Atomic Habits and I would definitely recommend it!
If neither of those suits you, take a walk or spend some time outside! 💖
