The end of a chapter but not the end of the story. 4 years in the fitness industry and 3.5 in Colorado with these fine people who helped create a tight knit community of dedicated people focused on their health. Our tribe is one of the best! We have struggled, cried, and laughed a lot while working out together ❤️ I will miss them daily but I know this is not goodbye!

A 2.4 mile run, heavy strength work, and a little "pull the paper" fun to round out a week of hard work for these awesome tribe members.

Phew!!! The last couple weeks went by so quickly and they all worked so hard to stay strong and healthy!

A short week, but they were not short on effort!
