Exercise is a scientifically proven mood booster, decreasing symptoms of both depression and anxiety. Physical activity kicks up endorphin levels, the bodys famous feel good chemical produced by the brain and spinal cord that produces feelings of happiness and euphoria. Even just moderate exercise throughout the week can improve depression and anxiety, so much so that some doctors recommend trying out an exercise regimen for these conditions before turning to medication.

So youve been working hard, eating healthy and youve reached a fitness milestone. You feel like a reward is in order and you plan on turning it in an all-you-can-eat cheat day. But, you have to use cheat days smart. One cheat day can ruin all your hard work in a day if you go overboard. Cheat days are fine but you need to be smart eat a slice of cake, not an entire cake. Proper balance will help you stay committed and motivated to exercise, eat healthily, and still reward yourself with a treat once in a while. So, time your cheat meals wisely and use it as a true reward and something that makes you feel good.

Image result While jogging, maintain good posture, engage your core, and gaze forward. Avoid tilting your head down and slumping your shoulders. Broaden your chest, and keep it lifted as you draw your shoulders down and back. Keep your hands loose, and use a relaxed arm swing.

30 minutes is not important. What is important is to Yogaregularly. I usually recommend yoga 2 times a day for a minimum of 10 minutes. But you can meditate more than that if you like.
