Updating Package Information
Did you know different positions of the hand and arm can focus on different areas of the bicep?
For those with shoulder impingements or bicep injuries; knowing the limitations of your injury is key to choosing which variety to use.
For those trying to grow a particular part of the bicep it is also key to know. And how far to push yourself in each workout.

This is an amazing variation to a standard deadlift. I love to use this exercise for my newer clients to really help emphasize how to hold your back during a deadlift.
Because back position is so key to Not injuring your back, it is a great tool in my arsenal for those clients just starting out or those with injuries.

I do this through flexibility, strength, and endurance training concepts.
