When you start outgrowing who you used to be, people will still try to hold you to your past.

They’ll speak to old versions of you because that’s all they remember and they can’t see you any other way.

But you don’t have to answer to any name God didn’t give you.
Your past isn’t your identity, and that season didn’t break you — it shaped you into who you are now.

Keep moving forward.
Soon even the ones who doubted your growth will have no choice but to call you what God already named you, and that name will be a great. ✨

Rejection use to hit so hard at times when I was not so “mature” in my spiritual walk. Especially when all things aligned at the moment but it was a “no” that set my spirits to a place of doubts.

Know that in any season, God’s promise has already been written for your life. There is no need to sit in the shadows of what could have been because the promise He has for you is fruitful and abundant. Rejection simply means that circumstance is not aligned with where God is taking you. I’m PRAYING FOR YOU this week, know that God has you wrapped in His hands no matter what happens.

I had to learn how to prepare the cup (make room) to receive the blessing.

Maybe it hasn’t come yet, because you haven’t made room to receive it.

He’s been testing your faith more than you can handle lately…

But know He wouldn’t put more on you unless He knew you could handle it. He’s building your muscle, your faith, and your story. Keep going, He gives His toughest battles to His strongest soldiers✨

Loss is never easy to deal with. It’s a weight that you carry that turns into grief in silence. Your plans changed abruptly, what you thought was yours is no longer, and you are left with thoughts of what once was.

Know that God will never remove without giving you better and something/someone more aligned.. It may be hard at times, but keep trusting His plans above your own understanding. Joy is coming. Peace is coming. And soon enough you will see why it all happened.✨💛

I use to struggle with understanding who I am. Culture vs. Christianity is a constant battle every single day. And dying to the flesh takes real grit in a world that does not favor difference. But the woman who stays rooted in Christ will always withstand any struggle with grace and persistency. Be Her, she’s magnetic, and rare.

I believe at some point in our lives, everyone has a moment where comparison creeps in. But how powerful is it to know there is no one just like you, and God uses your uniqueness to craft the perfect story.

It’s the first Monday of October. A fresh start.

This month, I pray you take action towards that pull on your heart — even when it doesn’t all make sense yet.

Because what if the blessing you’ve been praying for is waiting on the other side of your “yes”?
Just start. Let God handle the rest.
