Bayou Bengals closed out their fall season this weekend in Beaumont. Went 1-1 on Sunday against some great competition.
We enjoyed Christmas music, celebrated birthdays, lifted each other up and had some extra fun together.
Short break for the holidays and then full steam ahead for the spring season! We are still looking to add 1-2 players for the spring - reach out for tryout info!

We had a rough weekend due to illness and had to rely on some pickup players. Thanks to Bentley and Tyler for helping us out this weekend. Tyler won the Magic Moment award with a great catch to end game 1.

The Bengals went 2-1 at the end of season tournament today coming in second place. They battled back again and again and didn’t give up. Highlight was Drew’s walk off grand slam in extra innings in game one.

This week’s Bayou Bengals magic moment goes to one of the Original Bengals, Parker Pritchard.
Parker had a strong outing on the mound combine with several hard hit balls when up to bat. Parker’s hard work this summer at Loganitus paid off when he scored an insurance run on a pass ball.

Bayou Bengals 1st Magic Moment of the Fall Season goes to Lucian Bushnell. Lucian showed heart and determination while adjusting to the new physical and mental requirements of 11U. Lucian had a solid weekend on the mound, timely hits and great angles to keep base hit balls off the fence.

Bayou Bengals took the field for their opening weekend as an 11U!
Moving up to 11U means a bigger field, extra feet on the base paths and longer throws. These boys stepped up big time playing in the 12U division and they held their own. We went 2-2 with some close matchups and plenty of emotion. Proud of these boys and looking forward to a fun and competitive season.
