We are all capable of reaching those goals it’s just a matter of being completely honest with ourselves and sticking to a plan.
Never doubt yourself and don’t be hesitant to ask questions to gain the knowledge you need to achieve those goals.
I tell my clients all the time my goal is to get them in a position where they have the confidence and knowledge to not need me anymore for nutrition, or exercises.
Because if I can do that, then I’ve helped them make a lifestyle change and that sustainability will only help them in the long run 💪🏽

Client 8 month transformation 👏🏽
Lisa is a online client with various in person sessions where we went over ex*****on of exercises.
Her figure is a result of following the plan consistently in both the training and nutrition guidance laid out for her.
These journey may have had some difficult times but she’s formed new habits and learned to break the old ones that didn’t serve her.
Happy to be apart of this transformation and we aren’t done just yet 💪🏽

Consistency is King. It may take some time to get where you want to be but the only way to ever get there is to stay with it.
Some helpful tips to stay consistent:
✅set expectations for small goals along the way and don’t forget to celebrate those victories.
✅plan ahead, get a daily journal or calendar to help organize your days, meals, workouts, etc.
✅focus on your OWN goal and your progress. Don’t compare yourself to others. (YOU vs YOU)
✅be patient, don’t look for a short cut or an easy way to get around doing the work.

*Client Spotlight*
Since I’ve started working with her back in November, I knew she was going to be one of my hardest working clients.
Today’s session proved just that. I tasked her with completing a leg workout she’s done before but we had to really push to get through.
She not only went up on the total load she was working with per set, but she took every coaching tip (stance, breathing, and bar placement) fixing them the very next set 👏🏽
The mental shift she’s made my not be something you can see but is amazing and motivating to be around.
Thank you for being so coachable and I can’t wait to see how far we can go together 💪🏽

Although cardio has many benefits for your health, it isn’t required for fat loss.
Simply tracking your foods in portions, calories or macros could lead to a greater fat loss especially when combined with steady physical activity or workout routine.
Cardio should be used as a tool in conjunction with a good nutrition regimen when it comes to the goal of fat loss; not as the only solution to fix it all.
