Where do I begin?? Yesterday was one of the hardest days for me as a coach! I have been with some of these girls since they were 5. We have been through ups and downs, life lessons, heartaches, and more. This truly was a journey of life.
As the final out took place, It felt like someone gut punched me and took my breath away. I wasn’t ready for this to end.
These girls now young women have built such a great atmosphere and set standards high for themselves. I’ve pushed them to the limit and gave them all I had as a coach. I’m so proud of them, and we accomplished our mission.

Sometimes we don’t understand our purpose here on earth. I believe God put me here to help these young kids, I don’t claim to be the best coach or the perfect role model by all means, but I do feel like God gave me a gift to be a helping hand.

Thank you ladies for this amazing journey.

To all of you that I have coached over the years, thank you as well.
