Hello again‼️‼️‼️
We will be running 2 free demos next week since I was unable to host one this week. Both are stand alone classes open to children of all ages. As before, water will be provided. I suggest parents bring a blanket or chair to lounge in while class is in session. Also, I will be running a special for any parents wishing to enroll their kiddo the same day.

I am super excited to announce a project that I've been training for, and launching soon! Discover Kid's Run Club is an empowerment program for children that uses running games and activities as tools. I absolutely wish I had something like this when I was a kid, as I believe it helps build personal power and self-esteem. First sessions are starting soon in Kingwood, TX.
